To become a Corporate Member in the Southlake Women’s Club you must complete the form below and bring it to the next meeting along with your Corporate Membership dues of $125.00. Corporate members are not required to attend meetings, participate in any projects, or join a committee. However, by accepting a board position, the corporate member must fulfill all of the responsibilities of an active member. Corporate members shall follow all club rules, bylaws, and general procedures. Dues and number of corporate members shall be determined at the discretion of the board. They need not reside in Southlake, but should serve the Southlake community.
